Responsible for the receipt and processing of incoming invoices.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS ? Key in Accounts Payable ? Invoice/Delivery match ? Coding Invoices ? Scanning Invoices ? Filing maintenance ? Inventory ? Switchboard Duties ? Completing other duties assigned by management Special abilities, required skills, or education needed to perform the essential job functions:
Must be able to quickly learn all tasks associated with Accounts Payable.
AS400 experience a plus.
Physical demand of the Job:
