computer work scanning organizing documents detail cleaning office environment All sorts of cleaning detail organizing daily resorting items and putting away laminating creating colorful supplies shopping running errands picking things up cleaning work vehicles engaging with customers and clients typing schedules and making sure clients stay on schedules This job best suits someone who is willing to do desk work as well as jobs that require one to be fairly active.
One must be a good typist and familiar with computers.
One must be comfortable cleaning but most importantly be attentive to detail.
One must truly enjoy organizing but be flexible enough to know that things will daily be disorganized and need to be reset.
Must be comfortable with working with all ages of people.
Must be able to handle an environment that has a lot happening all at once and not get flustered.
Must be able to be friendly to staff and clients.
Must be creative Self paced Easily organized Very easy to change gears multiple times in a shift Position is open immediately.
