Gaffney, SC Essential Job Functions:
1.
Analysis of customer's requirements and creation of production schedule 2.
If any doubt and concern, well communicate with customers.
3.
Procure RM necessary and keep appropriate level 4.
Create production schedule and adjust for efficiency.
5.
Communicate customer ship schedules to logistics companies and sister plant in Mexico.
6.
Plan, analyze and manage material flow to insure inventory is maintained to the optimum level to support on time customer deliveries while keeping inventory holdings at the appropriate levels.
7.
Manage all activities that develop relationships with customer activity.
8.
Support development, control to maintain the most efficient freight routing with Logistic companies and sister plant in Mexico.
9.
Ensure on-time deliveries to customers, but not to use any expensive expedites.
10.
Create work instructions for processes related to the position and responsibility, Provide training of work instructions to persons related to the process 11.
Bring down and maintain inventory levels according to management expectative Planning efficiently build-outs avoiding leftover material (FG and RM) ,communicating with customers.
12.
Negotiating with suppliers and seeking poetical new suppliers about price to get the best deal.
13.
Our main outsourcing is a sister plant in Mexico.

Experience/Education:
? Bachelor's degree preferred, but will accept a high school diploma with a minimum of five years planning experience ? Must possess solid analytical skills in anticipating production needs and capacities ? Ability to read and interpret accounting and financial reports ? Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations ? Must be proficient with current computer software package such as Microsoft Office, IFS, inventory programs and scheduling/planning and data management programs.
? Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts.
? Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time including walking/squatting/climbing Job Type:
