Interact with Vendors, forming a partnership ensuring deadlines are met, issues resolved Manipulate art using Adobe Illustrator Resolve / communicate deadline delays Manage emails in a timely fashion Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet or exceed targets for email and call handling quotas Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Use telephones to reach out to internal and external customers Cross train in all art roles and act as a backup for other team members Requires a high school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in a production art or related filed Novice level skills using Illustrator Mac experience a plus The candidate should have knowledge of commonly used business concepts, practices and procedures.
Candidate must be a self-starter who can rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job independently.
Primary job functions will require the ability and confidence to exercise sound judgment to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Managing deadlines for Production success and customer expectation Organize 3rd party Vendors to deliver elements that can't be produced in house Overseeing the delivery of projects and adjusting as necessary to ensure they are delivered to specifications and high standards Attention to detail to ensure all specifications are met Problem-solving abilities to correct any challenges or inefficiencies for the best results Decisiveness and good judgment to address pressing project matters when time is limited Organization and time management to manage multiple tasks, sometimes for multiple projects, at once.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
