Our Customer Service representatives are the face of our company and play a critical role in delivering our culture of service to our customers, team members and customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, be organized with great time management skills and self-motivated.
The successful candidate will need to be able to provide the highest level of customer service and representation as we work together to deliver our customers' solutions.

Essential Duties:
Greet customers in a friendly manner while providing world class customer service.
Ask customers about products, answer questions about products - all products are unique so different answers will help customers when they need it.
Answer incoming calls or transfer calls to correct department as needed.
Process orders accurately each day within the time frame given (days 40 - 60).
Must be able to do this on both incoming & outgoing calls (outgoing to customers & inbound to sales).
Must be able to do this on both days 40 - 60.
Meet or exceed sales goals on a daily basis on both calls & emails.
Must give sales updates outbound every day also.
Must be able to give daily sales update outbound every day also.
Meet or exceed weekly close goals on both outbound & inventory calls.
Must give weekly close update outbound every day also.
Must be able to meet or exceed weekly close goal on both outbound & inventory calls.
Maintain cleanliness of outbound calls & emails throughout the day.
This includes picking up all assigned debris from caller seats & corners after each call.
Must do this on both days 40 - 60.
Be willing to drive 30 minutes each way to an undisclosed location for an overnight assignment.
